I have no experience with corneal scrapings and my differential is very limited (to one entity!)…the cells look like they have herpes simplex viral cytopathic effect (marginated chromatin, glassy/cleared-out nuclei), so my guess is this is herpes simplex keratitis.

I think this is probably an amoeba, though I’m not sure what kind.
