Hepatitis in a Lung Transplant Recipient

Giant cell pneumonia with DiGeorge syndrome

Clinical History
A 7 month-old male was admitted for severe pneumonia with respiratory compromise. Laboratory studies demonstrated leukocytosis and profound hypocalcemia.
